All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Unused portions of any safari or tour is NOT refundable.
If an itinerary overlaps two seasons, the price will be prorated over the two seasons.
A binding contract comes into existence once Twiga Tours accepts your booking, which will be evidenced by the issue of an invoice. A deposit of 20% will be payable upon confirmation of the requested booking. The balance must be paid within 60 days prior to client arrival.
If a booking is made within 30 days of the clients’ arrival, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Non payment or late payment will result in your booking being cancelled, in which case cancellation charges will apply.
Twiga Tours Ltd., reserves the right to re-route itinerary or change transport, hotels, or venues for the equivalent due to forces beyond our control.
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify Twiga Tours in writing as soon as possible. In such cases, the following cancellation charges will be payable:
TIME BEFORE DEPARTURE CANCELLATION FEE PER PERSON
60 days and over Full loss of deposit
59 - 29 days 25% of price
28 - 17 days 50% of price
16 - 8 days 75% of price
7 days or less 100% of price
Cancellation charges are shown as a percentage of the total price quote as per the invoice.
Child Policy:
A child of 12 years or older will be charged the full applicable adult per person rate.
Children under 12 years qualify for the child discount whereby the rate will be 50% of a full adult rate when sharing with 2 full paying adults. However, some accommodation do not offer children discounts; in such cases, the full adult rate is applicable.
Children under 12 years sharing their own room qualify for a child discount whereby the rate is 75% of a full paying adult. However, some accommodation do not offer children discounts; in such cases, the full adult rate is applicable.
A maximum of 1 child under 12 is allowed to share with 2 full paying adults, if accommodation permits.
Certain accommodation establishments refuse permission to children less than 12 years of age. Supplier conditions will apply in these cases.
Tour Leader Policy:
For Group of 15Full Paying Persons – 1Tour Leader or 16th Person FREE in Twin Share
Group Size over 64Full Paying Persons – 4Tour Leaders FREE in Twin Share
Single Room Policy:
Maximum Single Rooms allowed per Group of any size over 15 is 2 Singles and is subject to availability.
